Listed below are various project on the Property Committee's "To Do" list. We need various kinds of help and support to accomplish these things: money, willing workers, information about products, suppliers, or companies.

1. Project One: Permanent outside awnings over the kitchen door and double doors going into the Fellowship Hall from the outside. Our needs include:
- Information on firms that would handle this type of work

2. Project Two: Three heat pumps are not working and have to be repaired/replaced.
3. Project Three: Expand our parking area. Our needs include:
- Information on firms that would handle this type of work.

4. Project Four: Audio Visual Equipment.
- Need Audio Visual Equipment for the Fellowship Hall, Nave & Sanctuary.
- Estimated Cost: $17,000.00 for the Fellowship Hall; Nave & Sanctuary for $15,000
5. Project Five: Two roof exhaust fans are not working and have to be repaired/replaced
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
The Property Committee is busy year around providing maintence to the church property and improving facilities. Below are some of the thing that have been recently completed.
1. ADA Doors for Fellowship Hall. A new ADA door was installed on 15 April 2005 for entrance from the back quadrangle to the Fellowship Hall.
2. Replace Water Heater: Church Water Heater has sprung a leak on Tuesday, 21 February 2005. It is a large commercial one and very old. A new one was installed the next day.
3. New Ceiling and Light Fixtures for the Youth Room. On Saturday, April 16th, new ceiling and light fixtures were installed in the Youth Room (215) by members of the Property Committee. This is the last room in the Educational Wing to be upgraded with new light fixtures and ceiling tiles and completes your multi-year project to improve classroom lighting.
4. Replace the room dividers in the class rooms.
5. A new drain system has been installed by the rear entrance/playground.
